Your first RF design in six steps.

Begin with known geometry and explicit assumptions. A visually attractive heatmap is not useful unless its dimensions, materials, AP configuration and client profile are credible.

Is Tele-Tools installed on the computer?

The main engineering workspace runs in a web browser. The Android Site Survey Companion is a separate field-measurement application.

Does AI calculate the RF results?

No. Deterministic Tele-Tools engines remain authoritative for coverage, capacity, requirements and validation. AI assistance explains results and supports investigation.

Can I use my own floor plan?

Yes. Projects can begin with an uploaded floor plan, supported vector/CAD geometry, a sample or a blank design. Always set the real scale before trusting distance-based RF outputs.

Why is a capability marked Beta or unavailable?

Plan entitlement and release state are separate. New services start with controlled availability so they can be validated before wider customer release.

Where do I report a simulator problem?

Use the Tele-Tools Support page and include what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot is optional but useful.
